Human Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cell Features
Human Bronchial/Tracheal Epithelial Cells (HBTEC) are isolated from human bronchi/trachea and are cryopreserved as primary (P0) or secondary (P1) cells. HBTEC are not exposed to retinoic acid during isolation or expansion. HBTEC can be grown in serum-free medium without retinoic acid, phenol red or antimicrobials when cultured in BronchiaLife™ B/T Medium. All Cells are extensively tested for quality and optimal performance.

Human Small Airway Epithelial Cell Features
Human Small Airway Epithelial Cells (HSAEC) are isolated from human lung tissue and are cryopreserved after primary culture (P0). HSAEC are not exposed to retinoic acid during isolation or expansion. HSAEC can be grown in serum-free medium without retinoic acid, phenol red or antimicrobials when cultured in BronchiaLife™ SAE Medium. All Cells are extensively tested for quality and optimal performance.
